GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our classes, led by certified instructors and personal trainers focus on functional strength, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. We incorporate yoga, Pilates, and traditional strength-training in into several class formats.
Most of our classes are available both in-person at our studio and online through Zoom.

Mat Pilates
Strengthen your core, improve your posture, and enhance your flexibility with a precision-focused workout. Each session offers a balanced flow of exercises to support alignment and promote body awareness.
Balance & Strength
Improve your overall balance and increase your lower body and core strength. We'll incorporate a variety of exercises using bodyweight, light weights, and balance tools.
Slow Flow
A gentle, breath-centered practice that moves mindfully through poses to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Perfect for all levels, this class emphasizes relaxation, body awareness, and a soothing pace.
Core Connection
This workout incorporates elements of mat-based Pilates, body-weight resistance, and centers on core stability and functional movement.
Fit Flow
A vinyasa-style yoga class to build energy and jump-start your day. An energizing practice offered in the morning, this class also incorporates resistance training to build strength and maintain balance.
Full Body Strength
A strength workout incorporating bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. Increase lower body, upper body and core strength in a format that builds in intensity each set while challenging your balance and stability.
Full Body Strength Circuit
A strength training class taught in circuit format. Incorporates a variety of resistance training equipment to take your strength to the next level. The circuit format ensures you maximize your effort with each exercise.
Row & Flow
Experience the incredible synergy of 30 minutes of rowing intervals followed by 30 minutes of vinyasa-based yoga. This class builds energy and strength and leaves you feeling rejuvenated with a heart-opening flow.
Row Strong
A mix of cardiovascular rowing intervals and full-body strength sets designed to maximize calorie-burning. Classes combine intervals of rowing with sets of resistance training.
Move Strong
Our instructors will guide you through a safe and effective weighted vest workout that includes walking, strength conditioning, and balance training. Outdoor walking is included and participants provide their own vests. Please consult with our staff for recommendations.
TRX
A workout using the TRX suspension trainer. An effective way to challenge your whole body (lower, upper, core), build strength, and condition your heart.
TRX Circuit
A cardio/strength circuit workout using the TRX suspension trainer. An effective way to challenge your whole body (lower, upper, core), build strength, and get your heart beating, using cardio and strength intervals.
